Return Policy

We operate a 30 day return policy which complies with the eBay policies. 

Please email us before returning the item, so we can expect delivery. Please include a return postage note so we can quickly process your return.

Please note: We do not accept any goods back which have been worn or tags have been removed. Please feel free to ebay message us if you have any problems or queries.

Postage Policy

We shall ship your item out within the handling time which is stated within the listings. All items are shipped within 1 business days to accommodate our delivery time window of 2-3 working days. We use a trusted service for all deliveries which include the likes of Royal Mail, Hermes & DPD. 

Please ensure at checkout the correct address is given as we only ship your order out to the address that you provide. Change of addresses of orders can not be guaranteed so please check before ordering.  

Please Note: Outgoing post is only from Monday-Friday (3pm cut-off time). If any goods are purchased after 3pm on Friday they will be shipped out on the following Monday.
